Hello! I am a friendly, experienced Primary school teacher with particular expertise in KS1 and preparing children for year 2 SATS.

I have a particularly strong knowledge of the year 2 curriculum where I have spent the majority of my time teaching. I am experienced in both helping students who may need a little extra support in their learning and also stretching those who are excelling in their studies. I can offer private tutoring of Maths, Reading and Comprehension as well as Writing. My teaching style is to engage children in a current and fun way to make learning an enjoyable and rememberable experience.

I have experience in identifying what a child's next steps are and what they need to do to overcome any barriers to their learning. I also have a range of strategies and resources to support them with their different learning styles and develop their self-esteem and confidence.
