I'm Ammarah, an Undergraduate student studying Psychology at King’s College London. I have worked with a range of children and young adults during my education, tutoring positions and NHS placement. My speciality lies particularly in with KS1, 2 3 and A level Psychology.
About Me
Currently studying psychology at a degree level, has taught me a great deal about psychological science and the various approaches. Studying this course at the world renowned IoPPN has made me very interested in research into neurodevelopmental disorders such as ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties, inspiring me to complete my professional placement at a highly specialist NHS service. From studying Psychology and growing an interest into neurodevelopmental science, I have understood the impact of education.
I have over a year's worth of experience working with children of all ages and abilities. Therefore, within my sessions, all students will learn the knowledge they need and understand core exam material content to ensure success in a very tailored and adaptable teaching approach.

Sep 2019I was really impressed with how professional Ammarah was. She reached out to me before the first tutor session to find out more about my daughter so she could really structure the lesson accordingly. She broke down what she was going to do during the session and gave a detailed review back and the end of the session.
