Hi my name is Catherine! I am a fully qualified teacher and I graduated with a 2:1 in BA Hons Primary Education 5-11 with QTS. I have had a range of experience in a variety of educational settings such as nurseries and primary schools across Cumbria. I am currently working in a Year 1 class on supply. I have experience of working with all age groups from nursery right the way through to Year 5. 

My motto is 'to teach them so they remember and involve them so they learn.' Children I have taught during university placements as well as on supply have made great progress, enjoyed their learning and I have received positive comments back parents and carers. Firstly I carry out an assessment do gauge where your child or children are and then tailor my lessons to best suit their learning style. I am familiar with a wide range of resources that I can use to help your child or children learn and make the necessary progress in a fun and motivating way.
