Hello! 

I'm Ceri, a qualified primary school teacher and I tutor maths and 11+. My lessons are designed with your child in mind, they focus on the areas that your child needs to focus on, ensuring they master the skills they need. I am passionate about maths and building childrens confidence within the subject. I will work with your child to build their confidence with growth mindset techniques. Improving confidence always improves skills.

Mindset is also a key area for 11+ preparation, alongside exam techniques and of course content. I am passionate about showing your child what they can achieve when they believe in themselves.

About Me

I have been teaching in school settings and non school settings for 8 years. My PGCE was completed at Goldsmiths University along United Teaching, part of the United Learning Academy structure.

I am very familiar with both the Welsh and English curriculum. I have also completed a diploma in SEN Teaching, alongside CPD in delivering online lessons in a creative and dynamic manner. 

Services

Key Stage 2 and 3 maths sessions are charged at £25 per hour.

11+ is £50 for 2 hours per week or £35 for 1 hour. 

Home education students are more than welcome and price will depend on personal requirements.

A times table short course will be coming in the new year.
