My name is Charlotte, I'm a current student, future teacher! I have an honours bachelor's degree of English from the University of Toronto, and currently attend the University of Chester, working towards my PGCE in secondary English. I'm an avid reader, lover of Star Wars, and former Au Pair!
One of my great strengths is editing, so when it comes to helping students find and correct mistakes in their work, I have a great eye! My goal isn't to do the work for your children, but to guide them through corrections and give them the tools they need to be able to do the work themselves with significant improvement! We can focus on specific struggles, or set up sessions that cover general topics that need improving.
I'm committed to working closely with parents/guardians as well as students. You will be kept up to date with the goals we're striving for, and the ones we've already achieved!
I am currently working towards my secondary English PGCE, and so am qualified to tutor English from primary to secondary. This includes comprehension, reading improvement, essay writing, English language, etc.
