I am a professional in the Wine Industry, having previously worked for the mass participation sport company that organised the Barcelona Marathon. I have a 2:1 Degree in Modern Languages with Business (Spanish & Portuguese) from the University of Nottingham, having learned Spanish from the age of 13. I spent a year living in various parts of Spain, improving my conversational and business Spanish, as well as annual trips to Andalucía visiting relatives.

About Me

During my year abroad at university, I spent a month working as a Teacher's Assistant at a school near Sevilla and more recently I've tutored the children of family friends at 11+ Level, GCSE and A-Level. In my previous employment, I also held monthly Spanish classes with colleagues to improve general conversational language.

Services

I take an adaptable approach to teaching, tailoring each class to the needs of the student. Whether across reading, writing, listening or oral, I focus on ensuring time is spent efficiently so that the outcomes contribute to upcoming exams/tests etc. This is achieved through a collaborative effort that allows my students to understand and then repeat.

I am more than happy to assist with Beginners, Common Entrance, KS3, GCSE, A Level examinees as well as adults looking to upskill. My rates are as follows:

- Beginners, Common Entrance, KS3: £20 per hour

- GSCE: £25 per hour

- A Level: £25 per hour

- Adult: £25 per hour
