Hello, my name is Chris and I've been teaching French and German for over 35 years to people of all ages 

About Me

Born and educated locally in Exeter and later at Oxford where I read Modern languages and linguistics , I have a wealth of experience in languages teaching having been a head of Modern languages department in the secondary school sector and an examiner for French and German at A level and GCSE, as well as teaching adult learners. 

I have been tutoring privately now for over 10 years and have been able to assist many people in achieving their goals in language learning. 

My youngest student is 12 and my oldest 86....there are many in between !

All are happy to be contacted( I have their permission) to speak about how they have got on and I would encourage you to speak with  someone in a similar situation to you before making up your mind about going ahead with tuition sessions.
