I am an experienced childcare worker and expert with 11 years experience. Currently I work within a senior management role in a large childcare organisation. In addition to my childcare experience I hold a first class honours degree in psychology for education. I have just completed my MSC in psychology at UCL and I am in the process of achieving chartered membership with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

I'm an experienced tutor often supporting several employees through their childcare qualifications both NVQ level 2 and 3. In addition I have a growing expirience within the psychology field and I'm also comfortable tutoring GCSE and A level psychology students. The employees I have tutored and coached have all achieved excellent results and had rapid career development. 

About Me

My name is Conor, 

I am 28 years old. My background is within the early years sector. I have had a fast paced and exciting career which started in 2009 when I took a role as an unqualified apprentice. Since that time I have worked in a range of roles from room leader, to nursery manager, to field manager, training support etc. During my career I have achived my level 3 in childcare, my level 3 in leadership and various other professionals certifications. I hold a first class BA in Psychology for Education, and I have just completed my Msc in Psychology for Education. I completed my studies at Birckbeck University of London, and UCL. I enjoy teaching people and helping them to develop, many of my past and current employees have flourished with the correct guidance and support and I decided this is something I could share.gurther through formal tutoring. 

In my personal life I enjoy reading and learning. I'm currently learning French in my spare time and spend a large amount of my free time in Bordeaux and Paris. When I'm not visiting France or learning a new skill, I also enjoy video games, catching up with friends, and finding new places to explore.
