Hi there!

My name is Eleanor and I'm a 24 year old PhD student currently studying volcanology at the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies. I have an undergraduate degree in Digital Geoscience at Royal Holloway University of London and graduated with first class honours. I then went on to complete a Masters by Research in Volcanology at Durham Universirty. 

 I have experience with tutoring other undergraduate students in geology as well as A level students in geography. 

 I recieved an A in A Level Geography so would be happy to teach GCSE and A Level students however I would also be interested in helping students to prepare to take geology at university as it can be quite a change from studying geography in school.

About Me

My A Levels: Biology (B), Chemistry (B) and Geography (A). I also completed an Extended Project Qualification in Geology (A*).

Undergraduate degree: BSc Digital Geoscience from Royal Holloway University of London (First class (Hons)). Royal Holloway consistently ranks within the top 5 Earth Science departments in the UK.

Masters: Masters by Research in Volcanology at Durham University. 

Currently Studying: PhD in Volcanic Seismicity. Part of a highly competitive European Research programme.

I offer online tuition for GCSE and A Level geography students. 

I will also work with students who are looking to study geology at a university level to help them prepare for their course. 

I am available in the evenings on weekdays (18:30 - 22:00) as well as weekends (any time).
