My name is Elvira and I was born in Russia,Moscow where I lived until the age of 9 years old, however then I moved to Uk to live with my sister and do further study there. I have completed my GCSE and A-levels in Modern Foreign Languages Spanish,French and I also took Business in Wisbech Grammar School (private school). After my A-levels, I decided to move to France, more precisely Paris for work and studies as I really loved the architecture and culture here. Currently I study in Sorbonne University and more precisely, Russian and French LLCER L1 at Malesherbes Campus.I speak Russian, English fluently but French is at intermediate level as  I have completed my DELF B2 last year. My aim is to keep working on my Spanish at the university this year in order to achieve a higher level of speaking and writing.I love exploring new cultures and languages because I can communicate easier with other people, being exposed to new ideas and as for me languages have surrounded me my whole life.

Services

I teach English and Russian mainly to younger students but also to adults as well. I have done work experiences at Alliance Française in Spanish Centre in 2018 where I worked on the computer designing leaflets and creating programmes for children. I have completed some experience in teaching languages like Russian,Spanish and French to younger pupils in 2018/2019 in my previous school and this allowed me to become more creative and communicate better with children. I have also showed independency in creating my own Russian club for pupils of all ages in my last years of school which seemed to have inspired others. I love to share my knowledge of languages with children and to help them achieve better results in listening, critical thinking and concentration.I like being creative by drawing and colouring for example and playing Bingo to revise numbers.
