I'm a second-year Film Studies student, and I tutor English up to GCSE level and WJEC Eduqas Film Studies at A-level. I have been teaching since my teens with horse riding and army cadets. Now I teach Film and TV at PQA for ages 6-18 and I've been tutor English and Film Studies online since 2021. I believe lessons should be engaging and entertaining because the first step in learning anything is a willingness to do so, and enjoying your academic endeavours makes stressful times like tackling difficult topics or preparing for exams so much easier. Moreover, as someone that struggles with anxiety occasionally, I like to think that my relaxed style would put someone like me at ease.

For English I know AQA and Edexcel best, with particular knowledge of An Inspector Calls, Macbeth, Frankenstein, The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, A Christmas Carol, and AQA's Power and Conflict poetry collection. 

About Me

I've been teaching since my mid-teens and continue to teach children and young people in Film and English. I've had six long-term tutoring students, and many more in the past. In my spare time, I love editing, writing, and making short films.

I can offer online tutoring on English Language and English Literature at GCSE level and below in AQA and Edexcel. I am also well-versed in WJEC Eduqas' Film Studies A-Level course.
