My name is Faisal Nesayef, I have been teaching Maths at all levels for about 20 years. I do my best and make sure my students understand the topic I teach. Also train my students to achieve the highest grade in the exam.

I was employed on a temporary basis, this being my first teaching experience in the school sector. I gained confidence in basic teaching skills and subsequently improved my teaching skills at this level.

As a highly qualified mathematician, I taught mathematics to degree students, taking into account important issues relating to the transition in education from school to university

I taught Mathematics at various levels ranging from Numeracy and basic Maths to A-Levels.
September 1993 – August 2002, Maths Lecturer, Sandwell College, Wednesbury, W Midlands.
Whilst working at Sandwell College, I taught Mathematics from basic level up to A level, and acted as a personal tutor for student groups. I also worked as a Mathematics A Level examiner. This enabled me to modify my teaching strategies according to examination board requirements. As a result this was reflected in my students' performance, as there was a significant improvement in the final exam results. In the meantime I also attended M.Sc course in computing at Wolverhampton University
September 2002 – August 2008, IT and Computer Science Lecturer, Bournville College, Birmingham
Subsequent to the completion of my M Sc course in Computing, I accepted a lecturing position at Bournville College to teach Computing and IT. I taught Computing and ICT at various levels including BTEC (all levels), A-Level Computing, A-Level ICT, Access to HE in Computing. I was also employed as an A Level examiner for Edexcel Examination Board, and attended several training courses to further improve the quality of my teaching. As a result of overstaffing in the IT department, I accepted a voluntary redundancy package in September 2008.
September 2008 – August 2009, Mathematics Tutor, I S C, University of Leicester
I obtained employment in Sept 2008 as a Lecturer at Leicester University to teach Foundation Level Mathematics, Computing and Physics. The aim of effecting transition from the school environment to higher education was challenging and overall successful.
October 2016 - January 2017, Maths Supply Teacher, Heart of Worcestershire College, Redditch.
My main role was to teach GCSE and Functional Skills Maths on a full-time basis. This was a temporary position to cover for a staff member who was absent due to the illness.
January 2017 – April 2017, Maths Supply Teacher, Telford College of Arts and Technology, wellington Telford.
I was offered a temporary teaching job to teach GCSE and Functional Skills Mathematics to cover for a staff member until he returned from his illness.
