Hello there! My name is Fallon, and I'm a fun, friendly, and patient English and GCSE German tutor.

I'm a native English speaker with German as a second language. I studied German at the University of Manchester, and have lived in Germany working as an English teacher to German kids in a school classroom. I also tutored German teens in a one-to-one extra tuition setting both in Germany and in the UK, so I have plenty of experience teaching English as a second language. I am also familiar with the GCSE English syllabus, so I can help native English speakers with their English too!

I speak German at a very high level, and I am able to tutor German as a second language up to GCSE level. I can help with your German spelling, pronunciation, sentence structure, grammar and many more areas of German that can be troublesome to learners.

For those needing help with English, whether that be understanding coursework and what is required of you to get great marks, critical analysis of texts, studying for exams, or any aspect at all of English spelling, grammar, and usage. As I mentioned already, I'm also experienced with teaching English as a second language.

About Me

I'm a big nerd for anything languages and linguistics related. At university I studied phonetics and phonology, dialectology, translation skills, and classic literature as part of my German studies.

My hobbies include anything creative, like drawing and painting, creative writing, clay and wood sculpture, all that kind of stuff. I also love video games and Star Wars!

I have three cats who all cause me a lot of trouble, and a little car that doesn't like to start in the winter.
