I am a professional musician with a first class degree from the Royal Academy of Music and 10 years of gigging and teaching experience. I specialise in jazz, pop, funk and rock and am offering lessons on piano, guitar, electric bass and double bass. I have worked with Jason Rebello (Sting) and Jason Miles (Chaka Khan, Miles Davis) amongst others and am a faculty member of an annual music summer school in France.

About Me

Flo Moore is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music in London. She has performed with many established artists, such as Jason Rebello (Sting), Judi Jackson, Pete King, Perico Sambeat, Bobby Watson, Gene Calderazzo, Zoe Rahman, Albert Sanz, Henry Lowther, Paul Clarvis, Anita Wardell and David McAlmont. She has played at venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, The North Sea Jazz Festival, The Royal Festival Hall, The Queen Elizabeth Hall, Sage Gateshead and the National Concert Hall Dublin. She has recorded on tracks featuring Frank Gambale and Chad Wackerman, and worked with Grammy award winning producer Jason Miles (Chaka Khan, Miles Davis) on two albums, one of which also featured legendary guitarist Dean Brown. Flo’s current live projects include Benjamin Croft, Hourglass: The Music of James Taylor, the Tom Ridout Quintet + No Excuses band, the Loire Funk Project featuring Gareth Lockrane, the Barry Green Sextet and Jeremy Sassoon’s MOJO. She was previously a member of award winning bands Nerija and Ezra, the Kenny Wheeler Prize-winning Tom Barford Quintet and the Ben Cox Band, whose debut album This Waiting Game was listed in the Telegraph Top Jazz Albums of 2015.
