About Me

First Class, prize-winning MA Hons Scottish and English Literature graduate with consummate experience - both as student and tutor - in A-Level and GCSE exam revision. I attained A* at both GCSE and A-Level in English Literature and Language - achieving 100% at 2. I have experience of most exam boards including Cambridge Pre-U, Edexcel, AQA and Cambridge International. I am an imaginative, widely read and casual person, but who demands a lot of both my students and the tutoring I provide. I will gladly assist with critical readings of works and close analysis. I would also be very willing to assist with exam revision, coursework and essay writing, as well as teaching the English language to those for whom it is a second language. I would ideally like to teach my students by the hour, but I can be flexible with both time and location. I have a wide range of interests and have read deeply into several areas of study; extraneous but relevant knowledge is something I like to impart to my students.
