My name is Harry and I have recently graduated from Lancaster University with a 2:1 in Geography and Economics. I achieved an A* grade at Maths and A in both Geography and Economics as well as covering Mathematics for economics and advanced microeconomics modules throughout my degree. I pride myself on having excellent communication and organisation skills, with a down-to-earth personality.
About Me
I strongly believe with the right guidance that anyone can succeed in learning. I built this approach from working with kids at ages 7-18 and have worked with university international students from China, India, Pakistan, Ghana and Malaysia. Having dyslexia and worked with a wide range of ages and abilities I go beyond the standard teaching techniques to create a solid base of understandings in subjects, enhance confidence and create a platform for progression.

I am offering to tutor in Maths, Economics, and Geography throughout and up to the level of GCSE. I offer a patient, kind and personalised approach for each student to help develop confidence and a love of learning.

Bachelors - Geography and Economics
I graduated with a 2:1 in Geography and Economics from Lancaster University. My modules varied from essay-based to pure mathematics. Some stand-out modules are Mathematics for economics, Advanced Microeconomics, Conservation and sustainable development in the Brazilian Amazon, Health Economics, Development, Geography, and the Majority World.

Aug 2021Harry has been teaching my 12 year old son economics since half way through lockdown & its a testament to Harry's skill as a teacher that despite being back at school my son has chosen to carry on those lessons on top of his other school work. Harry is a great teacher....as not only is he very approachable as a person but he is also articulate, knowledgeable and interested in his subject and my son has benefited hugely as a result and wants to go on and do economics at GCSE.
