I am currently a student studying Economics at the University of Bath, I was in the top 5% of my year in my first year and now am going on to work in J.P. Morgan's Western European Economics Research Team as part of my degree. I took Mathematics, Economics and Physics at A-Level achieving A*A*A respectively. I have obtained 9 GCSEs (inc. grade 9/8 in 5), the level 2 CISI qualification and an AS in Further Mathematics and self-taught A-Level Further Mathematics over the lockdown period. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the drums, fitness and am working towards a black belt in Jujitsu.

I am a hardworking, diligent and responsive tutor able to teach private sessions in economics from GCSE level to A-Level with any exam board. Following the first free lesson becoming aware of strengths and weaknesses of the pupil, teaching will consist of verbal and visual explanations where the pupil can understand the content - rather than memorise it – with appropriate real-world examples of the topics. Utilising exam papers to consolidate the knowledge I believe is the most effective way to maximise grades and I will be keen to answer any follow-up questions. I contrast to most other tutors because I have recently completed the courses that the pupil is in the process of completing now. Therefore, I fully recognise the structure of the exams and how to prepare.
Furthermore, I have extensive notes on all A-Level economics topics which I am happy to share – these notes are what I used to achieve high grades.
