Hi, my name is Ikechukwu Umeokoli and I have 4 months of tutoring experience, with 13 students every week. I am currently offering high-quality maths and further maths tutor sessions for GCSE/A-LEVEL students in the following modules:

• AS & A-LEVEL: Pure Maths and Mechanics
• GCSE: All topics across all levels
• KS3: All topics across all levels

My goal is to ensure that all my students are confident in answering exam-style questions and consolidate their understanding of every topic. I aim to accomplish this, by first highlighting their areas of weakness and understanding what it is about the topics that they find hard to understand. I’ll begin by revisiting the basics of these topics by covering the content required to understand the topic. In each lesson, my students will be given exercise and exam-style questions to improve their confidence and timings in preparation for their exams. All questions will be timed and we'll go through the answers after. At the end of the lesson, I'll set my students homework to complete for the next lesson with a video clip to watch in preparation for the new topic that'll be covered. Finally, after each topic, I’ll set the students short assessments to keep track of their progress. I also offer to help with homework and offer revision resources for students to work from. 

About Me

I am currently studying for my Masters in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Warwick. I am a confident and multi-skilled individual with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a track record of achieving targets. Not only am I gifted intellectually, but I am also able to demonstrate patience, competence, discretion and professionalism when dealing and communicating with senior colleagues, stakeholders and investors in the working environment.  I strongly believe that it doesn't matter how great your innate ability is in a given subject or craft, your success is contingent on the effort you put in.
