Hi,

My name is Jenny. I am a MSc graduate living in South Wales. I have a background in working with individuals who display behaviour that people find challenging. These individuals are often living with mental illness, brain injury, autism, personality disorder, substance use issues and have a forensic background. I analysed client behaviour to implement positive management approaches. 

As part of my roles previously I have also delivered a wide range of training around my work subjects to adults working within the health and social care sector. I am currently employed as an assessor working with individuals to complete qualifications such as QCF's in Health and Social Care, peer mentoring, and team leading. I have a level 3 in education and training and create bespoke training packages for large groups of people as well as completing 1-1 sessions for individual learners. 

I have a BSc in Criminology and Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology. Both these courses are accredited by the British Psychological Society. I can support learners to use and learn SPSS, nivivo, excel and microsoft office for complex statistical analysis.

I am looking to tutor individuals who are studying A-level or BSc Psychology, and work to build their confidence and passion in the subject. My strengths are supporting individuals with essay writing and statistical reporting. I can support via video conference, and I am also willing to travel/meet locally. 

As I am relatively new to private tutoring, initially I will not be charging for my service, but would ask my learner to provide feedback on my service, and promote my services to others if they felt that it was beneficial. I plan on working this way until the end of March 2021. After this period, I will reflect on my feedback and set an hourly rate.
