Hi,

I'm a 2020 graduate of the University of Stirling with a degree in History and Politics. I studied History and Modern studies whilst at school both at National 5 and Higher, then also History at Advanced Higher, getting A's at both National 5 and Higher, and then a B grade at my Advanced Higher. I then went on to study a PGDE - Primary Education at the University of Aberdeen and I feel this has really developed my tutoring capabilities. I am currently back at the University of Aberdeen completeing a Masters in International Human Resource Management but have a reasonably flexible timetable.

Services

I'm based in Aberdeenshire, but am happy to travel reasonable distances or offer online sessions. I offer tutoring for National 5/Higher in both Modern Studies and History. I charge £15 per hour, and will use resources such as SQA past papers and marking schemes to help pull out key bits of data depending on the topic, as well as help soldify said pupils understanding of answer/essay structures. I also offer tutoring for primary school aged children who perhaps would benefit from further support with the likes of phonics and reading.
