I am a recent graduate of Imperial College London with a degree in Medical Biosciences. When I was a GCSE student, my favourite subjects were Maths and Biology. I had achieved A*s in both exams through a lot of self-study and determination. After that, I wanted to continue on with these two subjects for my A-levels and ultimately achieved A* and A for the exams.

When preparing for these exams, I mainly self-studied which was hard for me at first but over time I had learned the best techniques for effective revision. Most people study hard and long but not in an effective and helpful way. I want to be able to share with my students the same techniques I used myself to revise effectively for their upcoming GCSEs exams. I also aim to help students who are struggling with their GCSE Maths to not only just to also achieve A*s (9) in their exams but also enjoy the subject.

I am friendly and patient with my students and easily approachable too. Students can comfortably communicate with me without feeling intimidated.

About Me

My teaching methodology involves structuring every lesson according to the students' GCSE exam board, as well as tailoring the lessons to suit each student's needs. We will go through the concepts and methods of a topic before consolidating the knowledge with up-to-date exam-style questions. I like to go through exam-style questions with a step-by-step process at a pace that the student is comfortable with so that the student can easily and fully understand exactly how to answer every question in order to gain full marks. I believe lessons should have variety so that the student doesn't get bored over time with the same lesson structure.
