About Me

I am an experienced hospitality education professional with over 10 years’ experience, working both in the UK and Internationally, involved in teaching, learning, assessment and curriculum design and management from FE level 2 to HE level My current position is Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader at the University of Derby, Buxton. I work with the subject area of Tourism, Hospitality, Events and Spa industries. I have extensive experience in course delivery; management and development and have worked in several institutions including within the largest private provider or hospitality education in Switzerland, the Swiss Education Group.
