My teaching method is matched to student's needs. Normally I also include lots of dialogs and oral conversations and audios to improve phonetics of the student. 
When the student's level of language permits, I conduct lessons in Russian language so the student can get the most of the class. 
I also try to include a bit of a cultural insight during the lesson, telling my students about Russian habits, holidays, foods and sharing any local information that might be useful when travelling to Russia.
