Hi,
I'm Laura Smith. I've been a qualified English teacher for almost 8 years and have QTS and a PGDipEd in education.
I currently work in a school in Nuneaton and I have tutored in Nuneaton, Coventry and Birmingham.
I am extremely passionate about my subject and love seeing my pupils progress through their studies and continuously improve.
Originally from Bristol where I also studied at the University of the West of England to gain my English language and literature.
I then went on to do my PGDipEd (teacher training) at the University of Birmingham.
I have since been a fully qualified English teacher for nearly 7 years and worked in both mainstream and specialist provisions.
I have also been a SEND teaching assistant, worked in a pupil referral unit and a mental health hospital for under 18s.
Face to face and online tutoring available.
Able to do 1-2-1 or even small groups within one location.
