Hello, I am a Religious Studies secondary teacher with many years of experience teaching ages 11-18. As a current teacher I am up to date with relevant teaching practices and have considerable experience teaching A level and GCSE RS.
My qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and an MA in International Studies. I passed my PGCE in Religious Studies and gained QTS status in 2007. I have worked in both private and state sector and have experience teaching all levels of ability. Elements of the subject that students often need extra help with include their grasp of the subject content and their ability to evaluate effectively in written work. With 1:1 tuition I can work closely with any student in order to develop these essential skills and allow them to build in confidence and excel to the best of their ability.
