Hi my name is Lucy and I am an 18 year old girl from Oxford. I am on my gap year saving up some money to hopefully travel next year. I value the importance of having a tutor who not only teaches clearly and patiently but who is also relatable and can be a role model in their learning and revision. I hope to be that person who can explain concepts to students and deepen their understanding of a topic whilst also inspiring a positive attitude to learning that can extend into their other school subjects.
About Me
Experience: In school I helped out once a fortnight with year 7 students to improve their confidence in maths and help them maintain concentration on their work. In October 2020 I stayed with a French family for an au pair language exchange experience. During my time there I planned and prepared English lessons for the boys and helped them with maths and reading homework.
Services
I specialise in maths tuition Primary to GCSE level but I can also offer other tuition on the side such as KS3 sciences or English.
