Hi, I am currently the Head of Business at North Staffordshire College Group, I manage and teach A-Level Business AQA and BTEC Cert Level 3. I have also taught GSCE Edexcel Business at high school in my previous role where I worked for ten years. I also mark for the AQA exam board which gives me a great insight into exam techquie and easy methods for gaining marks. I have 100% pass rate in the classes which I teach at A* to D with 79% A*-C in the last time exams were sat in 2019!

I am a mum of 3 children who have all finished school now with glowing GCSE and A-Level results, I have supported them all with home tutoring and revision so understand how hard it can be for teenagers to find the motivation to study. As my own children are now grown up I find myself with alot of spare time, so I would love to help you progress in Business too!

About Me

I have worked in industry prior to being a Business teacher which makes it easy for me to relate the business theory to real life examples. 

I enjoy Business as a subject and can pass this enthusiam into my students.

I have a wide range of study and revision techniques which I am used to adapting to meet the varying needs of students whether you are aiming for an A* or a C grade I can cater to your individual needs.

However, to progress you must be prepared to put the work in yourself, I do not have a magic wand!
