I am a young working professional, working for Capita Plc with a degree in English and Amercian Literature hoping to guide primary, GCSE and A-level students through their English Language and Literature courses with exceptional results. I inject fun and energy into my tutoring sessions. Most importantly, I bring the creativity and ambition that I have gained from my corporate career to my sessions, with my primary aim to motivate my students.

About Me

I have worked as an English Literature and Language teacher helping Years 5-13. As such, I have extensive experience in helping students prepare for standardised testing at both levels and specialise in GCSE Literature and Language and Key Stage 2 English. Previous responsibilities have included, but were not limited to: the development of schemes of work in accordance with both the National Curriculum and specific department teaching and learning objectives; preparing students for standardised testing (e.g. GCSE examinations); providing students with useful feedback through assessment and marking; participating in meetings with parents to discuss student progress and develop individualised study plans, and the preparation and delivery of lessons.
