Hi

I'm new to this site.   I have 4 years’ experience of volunteer tutoring to CGSE  Maths in schools in disadvantaged areas, including tutoring online during the lockdowns.   I've helped my pupils not just improve their skills, but also uncovered their enthusiasm for the subject.

I also have some experience of helping family friends with A level and to O&C entrance maths, with success.

Since graduating in maths I've been in financial services for many years, now settling on a less stressful semi retirement.

I'm a father of three grown up children, and have coached rugby and cricket from ages 7 to 18  so have plenty of non-academic experience with young people.

Interests include cricket, rugby, singing , running and backgammon
