I am an 18 year old student currently in my 1st year of studying for a BMus (hons) at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Playing Saxophone, Clarinet and Piano, I am a very versatile musician open to pop, jazz, classical, musicals and other genres of music. I attended the Royal College of Music Junior Department in London from 2010-2017 before studying at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester for Sixth Form. During these times, I have played in the RCMJD and Chetham’s Jazz and big bands performing at Ronnie Scotts, 606 Club and Band on the Wall. In addition, I performed classical sax playing solo, in quartets and sax choirs. I am a very enthusiastic musician and I always aim to make my lessons fun and informative, tailoring my lessons to fit the individuals needs to help them progress as a musician.

Paynor is a great musician who is known well in the 'saxophone world' due to his progression and potential as a player. He hopes to finish his course and go on to teach at music institutes, play solo/ensembles and be a regular performer on West End shows.

Services

I am offering Saxophone and clarinet tutoring for all ages, from beginner students up to experts. In addition music theory tutoring - i.e. learning how to read music and building and understnading. Also, piano teaching from beginner level to intermediate level.
