Hello everyone! 

My name is Merwa. Merwa is the Arabic word for quartz and it is the name of a monumental and holy mountain which Muslims visit during pilgrimage.

I am very passionate about learning new languages and exploring different cultures. My first language is Arabic, but I am also fluent in English, spoken Tigrinya, and currently I am learning Persian. 

It would be my absolute pleasure to help you in your, hopefully, fun journey in learning a new language.

About Me

I am a qualified Arabic-English translator and Interpreter. I have lived in the Middle East for 10+ years and have been living in Great Britain for over 5+ years. I have taught Arabic in Sunday schools and have worked in preparing students for IELTS and other English language tests.
