I am a qualified Science teacher with a specialism in Alevel Biology. With over 5 years in experience, I am currently the subject lead for GCSE science and Alevel Biolgy at the school I work in.  I have had a very strong passion for Science since an early age. Having graduated with a degree in Biochemistry, I worked for a year in a lab setting and tutored on the side. I soon realised that teaching was the path for me. After working in a variety of different schools rating from good to outstanding, I am currently working in a very promising school in East London as the  head of department. With my experience as an examiner, I am able to tailor revision to ensure students are fully equipped for exams, this is evident with my exam results with over 70% achieving A/A*. Having been a year 12 and 13 form tutor for the last 4 years I have extensive experience with preparation for UCAS, I also offer mock interviews for bioscience and medical applicants. 
 

About Me

I am a full time teacher and live in Docklands, East London. I love travelling, trying out new cuisines and reading. I am currently on maternity leave and would like to use some of my time to tutor and help students catch up on subject content misssed due to the lockdown. My aim is build key exam skills that students would need to answer exams next summer and run intensive revision sessions to cover content missed and have not fully understood.
