Nia Pearson English Literature and Criminology Tutor Masters, Bachelors

  • Online Tuition

Hi! My name is Nia and I'm currently an MSc Criminology and Criminal Justice student at Durham University, though I also have an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Lancaster University. I'm originally from Wales, and I'm an avid enthusiast for modern literature (my favourites are gothic horrors!), but I've also always had an interest in true crime and criminological theories - hence my choice of Masters degree! My goal is to one day become a detective and put my passion to good use.

Though I'm admittedly fairly new to tutoring, I work great with others and I'd love to be able to help out by tutoring in my spare time. It would be a pleasure to be able to pass on what I have learnt during my time in higher education :)

About Me

I'm a Welsh Criminology postgraduate student with a love for true crime stories and classic horror films. I'm also a keen literature enthusiast, with an obsession for African literature and contemporary Middle Eastern novels. In my spare time, you'll catch me hosting my college pub quiz or down at the local bouldering gym with my friends!
