I recently graduated in September 2020 from Swansea University with a Second Class Honours, Division Two (2:2) in Chemical Engineering. After I received my certificate I wanted to know what it takes to help other students go on and achieve similar success so I am now applying to become both a teacher and tutor so I can help others achieve their dreams. Even though I have not had experience in teaching others, what I would enjoy most is seeing how students progress over time and how their confidence in a subject changes over time.
Do you not feel confident in mathematics? Want to achieve top grades in mathematics? If any of those questions apply to you then you're in the right hands. With an A in A-Level Mathematics and an A* in GCSE Mathematics, I promise to help you achieve grades you did not think was possible.
For me, I knew how to solve quadratic equations before I was in secondary school because my dad was a mathematics teacher so I was solving mathematical problems daily. My dad always made mathematics entertaining which made me want to study mathematics independently, so I think that when I am tutoring I want my students to enjoy mathematics as much as I did. For me, solving tricky Mathematical problems releases as many endorphins as Deeney's goal versus Leicester in May 2013.
