I am currently doing an MA at the University of Warwick in Creative Writing. I did my BA at Cambridge and also have a diploma from a Classe Préparatoire Littéraire (Lycée Condorcet) in France. I have tutored before in France and the UK helping people in literature and philosophy, French and English. I love sharing my passion for languages and help people learn and achieve their personal goals :)

I will adapt my teaching methodology to the student's goals. I am very keen on oral communication and using diverse media such as images, films and books to teach conversational French. Having studied in both France and England, I am very flexible when it comes to different schooling systems. If you want me to get familiar with a particular manual, I will get acquainted with it. I will also be able to help with revision plans should you need to take a particular exam. Being part of the LGBTQ+ community, I will make my lessons inclusive both in French and English. During the first lesson, we will go through your personal goals, assess your level in French and determine your preferred learning style. If there is time, we will do a few exercises of your choice among a list I will have prepared beforehand. A typical lesson will consist first of going through homework, which I will make as practical as possible for you depending on the time you have. If you do not have time to do any work in between session, that is not problem, we can start each session with a recap. If you are learning French at school, it can also consist of going over assignments. Then, we can move on to focusing on a specific skill such as oral expression, grammar, vocabulary or writing. We will then determine which type of homework you would like /have time to do and recap the most important points of the lesson.
