I'm Rachel Fisher and I am a fully qualified, enhanced DBS, secondary school teacher of English with 20 years of experience, teaching and tutoring. I also have experience of examining GCSE English and English Literature with a variety of exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, Cambridge and WJEC.
About Me
I have an honours degree from Plymouth University, a PGCE qualification from Exeter University. I also have a Masters degree with the University College of St Mark and St John, Plymouth in Education.
Services
I provide one to one tution for secondary English at Key Stage 3 and GCSE. This can be online or locally face to face.
Key Stage 3 - Year 7 - Year 9 Improve reading and writing levels or work on more specific skills in reading and writing and on mastery skills in English.
GCSE English Language and English Literature - Year 10 & Year 11 With English being a key GCSE qualification; improve chances of gaining your target grade at GCSE in both English Language and English Literature. Work on mock assessments and exam skills.
