I am a current science teacher for KS3 & 4 at an academy in Birmingham. In my spare time I enjoy baking, playing acoustic guitar and reading thrillers! An interesting fact about me - I used to live in Switzerland and speak German.

About Me

I graduated from university in 2015 with a BSc in Psychology. I worked at HMRC for a few years before going back to university to complete my PGCE. Office work just wasn't for me!

I'm now a qualified science teacher and absolutely adore what I do!

Science tuition at KS3 & 4 and all subjects at KS3.

I am a family friend of Rebecca’s so know her on a personal level. Rebecca is kind. She’s open minded and she values every moment being a teacher gives her. She honestly wants what’s best for her students and wants them to succeed and achieve their utmost potential in their lives.

Rebecca was a colleague of mine during her placement in the Computing & Business Studies department. She’s such a patient person and listens to what the students have to say. She values their feedback and enjoys learning from the feedback they give her. I’ve also learnt a thing or two from her since she has been working at this school.

Rebecca did her second placement at our school whilst she was training to be a teacher. She is a keen and dedicated individual who looks after her students on every level. Her potential was recognised, she is now employed full time as one of our Science teachers and is doing a fantastic job.
