Hello! I am an ex-science teacher, specialising in biology but with experience teaching both chemistry and physics at GCSE as well as biology GCSE and A Level. I am currently training to become a software developer but would like to continue tutoring to supplement my income whilst I study. I have experience with a variety of different students and only stopped teaching in August 2020 so have very recent knowledge of exam specifications. About Me

I taught as a biology specialist for four years at two different schools. The first was a state boarding school where I was also a day house tutor and ran several co-curricular clubs, as well as Year 12 and Year 11 revision clinics. The second was a state school with a diverse catchment, where I was a Year 8/Year 7 form tutor and ran the Y8 Girls STEM club, as well as being on the safeguarding team. I left the profession in August 2020 for personal reasons (I resigned in Feb 2020, terrible timing on my part) and am now training to become a software developer, but still have up to date knowledge of school specifications and schemes of work.
