I have studied a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering at the University of Surrey, while also completing a full time work placement year with Glaxo Smith Kline. I love problem solving & my love for Maths and Science was instilled into me by my grandfather who taught me Maths at a young age. I have achieved an A in A-level Maths and want to use my knowledge to teach students from what I know. I am very patient & encouraging my students to keep practising, as I understand some mathematics concepts are more difficult to grasp. After practising enough times I am certain that the students will gain confidence in their skills. 

Previously I have taught Maths at all levels to my family members & family friends. I am confident in teaching Maths from A-level and below as I have achieved an A grade in A-level Maths and also continued applying mathematics during my Chemical Engineering degree. I have previously taught my students online as well as in person, so I am comfortable with both. 

My teaching approach is tailored towards the student I am teaching as each student has their own abilities & targets. I try my best to encourage my students to keep practising, especially in a subject like Maths which requires a lot of practice & patience. 
 

About Me

In my spare time I love playing sports such as football and tennis, while also working out in the gym. I also enjoy travelling and spending time with family & friends.
