Hello! I am a qualified primary teacher specialising in teaching ages 3-7. I love helping children to reach their full potential and am passionate about early education.
I look forward to working with you and your child.
Sarah
A few things about me- I currently work in Early Years education and have previously taught in both Year 1 and Year 2 classes.
I have a particular passion for teaching early reading and writing, and am an avid reader myself!
Specialist areas:
-Phonics: I am trained in Read, Write Inc. phonics and have extensive knowledge of this programme. I have worked across Early Years and Key stage 1 teaching phonics.
-Key Stage 1 Maths/ English: Having worked across the range of year groups in Early Years and Key Stage 1, I am familiar with end of year expectations and can help your child to reach these key goals.
I am available after 4.30pm on weekdays or on Saturday mornings. I also have availability during school holidays mid week.
