Hi,

My name is Sarah and I have over 10 years of experience supporting students in mainstream schools.

I currently work as the HLTA for an English department in a secondary school where I provide 1:1 or small group support within the classroom alongside teaching English (literature, language and SPaG) to small classes of SEND students across years 7-11 as part of an inclusion provision outside of the main classroom.

Recently, I have begun to offer support to students in years 5 and 6 to help prepare them for SATS and embarking on secondary education.

About Me

I have a Master's Degree in Special Educational Needs which specialised in the inclusion of SEND students in the mainstream secondary classroom and curriculum which enables me to tailor support to fit specific student needs to enable learners to reach their full potential.

Services

I offer GCSE exam support specifically tailored for the Edexcel GCSE curriculum, but can also provide general English language and literature support for other exam board curriculums.

Alongside GCSE exam support, I provide support for students in years 5 and 6 in preparation for SATs and the move to secondary education. I am also able to help students from years 7-9 build on the essential skills they would need to be successful in class.

Unfortunately, I am currently only able to offer online sessions via Zoom.
