My name is Sharon Thompson. I have been a primary school teacher since 2007 working across Key stage 1 and 2. in schools across London. I have also done one-one after school and weekend tutoring preparing students for SATs examinations. In the past, I got most of my private students through recommendation from parents who were all satisfied with their child's progression.

About Me

I have been a primary school teacher for the last 13 years. Prior to that, I worked as a Student Finance Manager  for a Further Education Institution. I enjoy working with children and take great pride in getting good results both academicalyy and socially. 

I completed my P.G.C.E(QTS) at London South Bank University and obtained a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from Westminstrer College. I am married with 2 children.and live with my family in Kent.

Services

I communicate with the student and parent to first identify any specific area of weakness that needs to be addressed. Once this assessment is done I will set up a personalised development plan that outlines what we will cover in a 6 week period based on the results on an initial test. 

On a weekly basis, the student will know exactly what topics we will cover and can prepare beforehand. An assessment will be done after the completion of a topic. 

I will require the student's latest school report  to identify areas/topics to be worked on.
