I'm a tutor and mentor for 10+years, specialising in Oxbridge admissions and the social sciences, where I have sought to capture the diversity of each student, providing a platform for each individual to excel in their academic journey.
I tailor all lessons to the individual as every student has their own needs, requirements, and unique ways of learning. One size does not fit all. Our sessions will always be interactive and structured, allowing us to really delve into the materials at hand and achieve the results that we want.
I've gained admission into many top universities in the UK and enjoy nothing more than helping students achieve better and to find and navigate their academic paths.
I taught myself my A-Levels and from that; I understood the value of broadening one's views and intellect beyond the academic syllabi. I teach my tutees how to do this and have several resources and advice on hand for optimal results in going beyond the classroom.
I successfully gained admission at Oxford for PPE in 2016, and Cambridge for HSPS in 2018. A unique opportunity and insight into the entire process were gained from start to finish at both universities, from applications to interviews to gaining admission.
During my time at Cambridge, I worked with the admissions team and mentored potential applicants for admissions, with a focus on accessibility & inclusion. This has allowed me to understand what the admissions tutors are looking for, how they assess, and the different approaches depending on the college you apply for.
I tutor and mentor locally in my community and beyond to help bridge gaps in knowledge, opportunity and potential.
