About Me

I study Chemistry at University and am currently taking a gap year to explore my interest in languages. I just started to do tutoring sessions, inspired by the experience of being a private tutor two years ago. I am always more than happy to help others so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or requests.

Services

I offer GCSE and A level tutoring for Chemistry and Biology. Chinese classes are also available.

All the tutoring sessions will be delivered online. Various session types are available upon request: One-off and regular, 30-minutes and 1-hour.

Chemistry: It has always been my best subject, therefore I chose to study it at university. I am good at drawing mindmaps to visualise the abstract concepts. I believe a fun way to learn can help building interest in the subject. Q&A and exam preparation sessions are available.

Biology: I took very neat notes for biology in high school. This saved lots of time when it went to exam revision. Not able to see through the micro world, organs etc. by eyes, I always have tricks to visualise them. Q&A and exam preparation sessions are available.

Chinese: I am a native speaker of Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and am very glad to teach foreigners the language and the culture. The lessons will be based on the HSK textbooks. I will adjust the contents according to the ages of students and the outcomes of learning they expect. Mandarin speakers are also welcome to learn Cantonese:)
