I am originally an Architect and Construction Project Manager by profession, but took time out to be a mum to my 2 ladies when I suddenly became a single mum.
I took on preparing young pupils for 11+ exams a few years ago when my children started getting to that stage in their lives where they needed to sit for these exams. This has come with a 100% success rate and some students gaining admissions into reputable local independent schools on full or partial academic scholarships. My classes are friendly and strict at the same time, affording students the room to be children but also the flexibility to grow academically.
My teaching style is unique and effective, providing feedback to parents and students using positive but challenging techniques to build students’ confidence.
The ages of my students range from 5-16years with English as Second Language (ESL) sessions for older students looking to improve on their English writing, reading and speaking skills.
My maths classes for KS3 and GCSE are engaging and fun, covering all aspect of the curriculum to ensure students are ready for their exams as well as improve confidence.
All classes are online, making sessions flexible and easily attainable from all locations.

11+ Exam Tutoring and providing private teaching sessions to individual or small groups of students looking to improve their chances at 11+ or grammar school examinations with 100% success rate in Kent, Medway, Bexley, Newstead and St Olav’s.
Mathematics/Numerical Reasoning, English/Comprehension/Creative Writing, Verbal Reasoning & Non-Verbal Reasoning.
Experience in preparing pupils for independent schools entrance examinations and students gaining admission with full or partial academic scholarship.
I also tutor Maths to KS3 up to GCSE level.
Teaching English as Second Language(ESL) to older students looking to improve their spoken English as well as their written and reading skills.

Jan 2020I knew I made the right decision when my son's class teacher told me during the end of term parent/teacher consultation that I should continue doing whatever I was doing to help my child as it was working. This was a far cry from the initial assessment at the beginning of the term.
