I was a secondary school teacher, part time university lecturer and part time Harley St consultant who tutors in my spare time I have now however retired and so am full time tutoring from now. I have tutored for over 20 years face to face and online. I am just re registering my details with the online portals after being recalled to help with the Covid 19 pandemic. I was teaching for almost 20 years in academic institutions on and off where I trained as a specialist in dyslexia, autism and special needs; I then decided to train as a doctor. I now teach medical students, dentists, physiotherapist, midwives and pharmacologist amongst others their anatomy and physiology as well as the following to school students, biology and history to degree level & A` Level biology, P.E., English, history, geography, psychology, GCSE English, maths, science (biology, chemistry, physics), history and geography, all of Key stage 3 and to key stage 2 and 1 I teach reading and writing. I am also trained in the 9+ and 11+,school entrance exams and I am a qualified EFL teacher. I hold over 200 testimonials which are available upon request. I also sit on the entry boards for medical schools so can assist with interview preparation and GAMSAT, MCAT or UK CAT. I have instructed on the entrance interviews for law and business and also officer army interviews for the British Army and pilot interviews for colleges such as Oxford Aviation.
This is now my full time occupation in retirement as I very much enjoy teaching privately, and it is most important to me that your child/student is successful. I have had my tuition business now for over 25 years. For your assurance my company is a limited company and registered with companies house.
I am trained to assess for scotopic sensitivity syndrome, and complete this at Harley St. London.
I work and line in and around London and Cornwall and in between. I also complete tuition online which in the present Covid situation is proving a very good medium on zoom for tuition.
