About Me

I'm a third-year medical student at King's College London, I have a passion for teaching and have helped students excel in their studies for over 5 years now. 

During my time teaching, I have developed effective teaching methods and I am able to adapt my teaching style to best meet the student's preferred way of learning. I like to add a spark of fun to my teaching such as using some crazy analogies or giving you some fun facts relating topics to the real world, this not only helps students memorize information but also means they have a good time while doing it.

Coming from a low performing state school my journey into university was a tough one, I spent a lot of time teaching myself new skills and finding resources to navigate my way through GCSEs and A-levels almost independently and still managing to achieve 6A*s and 5As at GCSE and AAA at A-level. 

Although this was a difficult journey I believe it makes me a unique tutor as I am able to pass down all that I have learned to my students helping them achieve top grades without having to struggle as much as I did. 

One way I managed to achieve my results was through formulating effective study plans, so from the very first lesson, I formulate a personal study plan with each of my students which if stuck to will ensure that they excel in their academic studies. I will also teach you the revision methods which I have developed over the years to ensure you study smart not hard. 

Regular tutoring has kept me up to date with changes in the curriculum and lead me to adapt my teaching style to ensure you achieve your best.

And for those trying to get into Medical or Dental school, I can help you pass your UKCAT exam and review your personal statement to ensure it is as good as it can be. My journey into medicine was not your average journey and for those trying to apply who are worried about their grades or UKCAT scores there are many alternative ways to get into medicine and as a student of mine, I will tell you all about them and try my best to ensure you succeed. 

Through my 5 years of experience tutoring, I have developed effective teaching styles and will teach you unique revision methods to ensure your success. With the personalized study plan we create together I can assure you that you will achieve to the best of your abilities with me as your tutor.
