Online/ Face to Face Private Tuition for English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSEs). I ensure students achieve their maximum potential by tutoring and mentoring them on a 1-2-1 basis and building on their existing knowledge. I am a high school English teacher and use various different techniques based upon the most up to date methods of teaching and learning. We can focus on specific topics dependant upon each student's needs. Homework is given out each week on the topics covered in order to track the student's progress this includes past exam papers which I mark with feedback provided to the student on what went well and how they could improve. We focus on exam preparation and revision by running through past papers in class focusing on topics which students find difficult and areas where the student has missed marks. Students are welcome to run through topics that they have covered in school which they found difficult or want to understand better. Revision support is also provided in preparation for assessments and exams. Feedback to the parents is provided each week if required. Rates starts from £20 per session.
